Entry Qualifications for Full/Part Time Programmes
Admission into the National Diploma (ND) programme:
Entry Qualifications/Requirements
All prospective candidates for the National Diploma programmes must possess at least:
WASC/GCE O-Level, SSCE or NECO with credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Economics and anyone of the following subjects: Geography, Commerce,
Agricultural Science, Government, Biology, or Chemistry at not more than two sittings.
Pre-ND candidates must have four O'level
passes.
Duration of Programme
The duration for National Diploma (ND) programme is two (2) years of four (4) semesters while Pre-National Diploma is one (1)
year of two (2) Semesters.

Submission of Application Form
The submission of a duly completed application Form should be done at the Institute
Secretariat, at No. 40 Enerhen Road, Warri, Nigeria.
Closing Date
Closing date for the purhase and submission of completed application Forms for
the 2009/2010 Academic Year is 19th January, 2010.
Late Application Fee
Late submission of application Form attracts an administrative fee of =N= 2,000.00.

or related organization.
Associate Professional Shipper's Course (Stage 3)

Candidates for admission into this programme must have at least:
OND, HND, B.Sc with not less than 3 years working experience in a Maritime Industry or related field.
Certified Professional Shipper's Course (Stage 4)
Entry Qualifications/Requirements
Candidates for admission into this programme must be holders of:
Associate Professional Shipper Certificate, not less than 5 years working experience in a Maritime Industry or related field.
Registered Professional Shipper's Course (Stage 5)
Entry Qualifications/Requirements
Candidates for admission into this programme must be holder of:
Certified Professional Shipper Certificate, not less than 10 years working experience
in the Maritime Industry.
