Instruction for obtaining "Application Form" for those outside the Sales Points

For these category of students, the application forms could be downloaded.

Before or after downloading the form, you are required to make a payment of a non-refundable application fee of =N=3,000.00 for the ND Programme into GMA account at any branch of OCEANIC BANK PLC in Nigeria.

After making payment, email the "Deposit Slip Number" and "date of payment" to us at info@gmaan.com. You can use the Message Form in our website or any other email system you like.

Download the Word Document Format if you have Microsoft Word 2003 in your system but do not have Adobe Reader.


Portable Document Format (PDF)

Download the Portable Document Format (PDF) if you have Adobe Reader in your system. or you have both.

The downloaded Form should be printed duly completed and returned to the school before the closing date of 19th January, 2009.

Note that:
Late submission of application Form attracts an administrative fee of =N=2,000.00.
