How To Fill Online Application Form

Below is the tutorial on how to fill the online application form

To complete the Application form online, you are first required to CREATE AN ACCOUNT, ACTIVATE THE ACCOUNT, LOGIN TO THE ACCOUNT and FILL THE FORM. Below is a tutorial showing the instructions on how to go about creating, activating, logging into your account and filling the form.

HOW TO CREATE ACCOUNT AS A NEW STUDENT

Click this image below which could be found on the Addmission Page or on the below the Home Page of this website.



Cliking the above image, will open the Online Application Form as seen in the image below.


Before you go ahead to click New User to Register, make sure you have a valid email address, where your Application ID will be sent to and where you will be required to Verify your Account.

If you have a valid email address, go ahead and click New User to Register, which will present you with a form to fill in your details to Register your Account as seen in the image below.


On the above form, you are required to type in your First Name, Middle Name next and your Last or Surname follows. Type in your Email Address, Mobile Number and the City you are in Nigeria.

Next create a Password which must be up to 8 (eight) Characters, and type it into where you are asked to Enter your Password. Type the same Password where you find Repeat your Password. make sure you dont forget the Password. You will need it to Login into your Account.

Lastly, you are required to Type in Verification Code. This code is the number you are seeing at the bottom of the left hand side of the form that looks like 67TSYK.

Type whatever number you see there at the place you are asked to Enter Verification Code and then click Register your Account as seen at the bottom center of the form.

If all the info you typed in is OK and your email address is valid, as soon as you click on Register my Account button, you will receive the following message "Congratutaltions your registration was successful. A confirmation email has been sent to aikoaruya@gmail.com, with a link to Activate you Account. This is as seen in the screen image below.



HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT

The next stem after Creating your Account, is to Activate the ACCOUNT.

Open your email and look for the email that that has been sent to you to enable you Activate your Account.

Open the email and you will see the Application ID which should look like this GMA/ADM/009/18. It has been sent to you to enable login to your Acoount. Also seen in the message is a link to enable you Verify your Account for activation. The message is as seen in the screen shot below.



To activate your Account, click the blue message which says Verify Your Account. As soon as you click that message, you will receive another message congrtulating you that your Account was successfuly Activated and you can now login. This is as seen in the screen shot below.



HOW TO LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Now that your Account has been Activated, copy the Application ID sent to your emaill address as seen in this example which is GMA/ADM/009/18. You need it to login to your Account. At the bottom of the Activation screen, click Login your Account, and a new screen appears as seen in the screen shot below.



Login to your Account by typing in your Application ID, Password and Verification Code. After filling in the Login deatials, the screen should look like the screen shot below.



Check to make sure your login details are correct and then click on the Login your Account button at the bottom. That will dispaly the Application Form, which will enable you start filling the form by entering your Personal Details first.

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR APPLICATION FORM

PERSONAL DETAILS FORM

The screen that will enable you fill in your Personal Details is as seen in the image below.



On this screen, start by typing in all your Personal Details as requested for on the form. When you have completely entered all the required info, click on the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the form to continue to the next screen.

CONTACT DETAILS FORM

The next infromation that will be required from you will be your Contact Details. The screen that will enable you fill the info is image below.



Enter your Contact Details as requested for on the form. After you have completely filled the info, click on the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the form to continue to the next screen.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION FORM

The next infromation that will be required from you will be your Academic Qualification. The screen that will enable you fill the info is image below.



Enter your Academic Qualification Details as requested for on the form. After you have completely filled the info, click on the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the form to continue to the next screen.

WORK EXPERIENCE FORM

The next infromation that will be required from you will be your Work Experience. The screen that will enable you fill the info is image below.



If you have any work experience, click Yes and enter your Work Experience Details as requested for on the form. Other wise click No. After you have completely filled the info, click on the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the form to continue to the next screen.

PROGRAMME YOU ARE APPLYING FOR FORM

The next infromation that will be required from you will be the Programme You Are Applying For. The screen that will enable you fill the info is image below.



Select the Programme You Are Applying For as requested for on the form. After selecting the Programme You Are Applying For e.g "Shipping Management", click on the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the form to continue to the next screen.

REFERENCE FORM

The next infromation that will be required from you will be the Reference. The screen that will enable you fill the info is image below.



Enter your Reference and when you are done with the info requested, click on the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the form to continue to the next screen.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FORM

The next infromation that will be required from you will be the Addtional Information. The screen that will enable you fill the info is image below.



Enter your Addtional Information if any, then click on the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the form to continue to the next screen.

PASSPORT PHOTO UPLOAD/PAYMENT FORM

The last infromation that will be required from you will be to Passport Photo Upload. The screen that will enable you fill the info is image below.



Instruction for uploads is clearly stated on the form, which you are to strictly follow, for the upload to be successful. click on the CHOOSE button, and the following screen will open from your computer.



Select the passport photo you want to up load and click Open. The name of the passport photograpy e.g "isaac.jpg" or what ever name you usedin storing the passport photo in your computer, will appear on the upload screen as seen in the image below.



Once you see the passport photo file name on the form, click the "Upload & Save" button and wait for the passport to be uploaded. This ia as seen in the screen below.



After waiting for a while, if the upload is successful, the following screen will be displayed.



At this point all you need to do, is to click the OK in the middle of the screen to return to the Document Upload Screen as seen below.



MAKING PAYMENT

At this point in time, your electronic form has been update has been completed. If you are not sure of any information you have given, you can always go back by clicking the BACK Button on the screen to correct the information.

If you are sure of what you have entered, your next duty is to make payment. You have to make payment before your application form can be submitted.

If you ready to make payment, click the "PAY NOW" Button, and the following screen will be display.



On the Make Payment Screen, there are two ONLINE PAYMENT options: You can make payment using your ATM Card or pay through your Bank online.

MAKING PAYMENT WITH YOUR ATM CARD

If you choose to make payment with your ATM Card, click "Pay with Card". The example of how to pay with your ATM Card is as shown in the screen displayed below.



MAKING PAYMENT THROUGH BANK

If you choose to make payment through your Bank, then click "Pay with Bank". The example of how to pay through your Bank is as shown in the screen displayed below.



AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE

After payment has been made, you electronic form will be submitted the Academy.

To affirm this, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your completed application form.

At this stage you will have to wait for the outcome from GMA Admission Team who will get back to you with through an email with the result of your applcation.

GENERAL INFORMATION

If for any reason you were unable to complete the application form at one start, you can always return to complete it by Logging in as Existing User and follow the instructions to enter information.

If the Computer you are using is a public Computer, make sure you Logout before leaving the computer Center.

Keep your password safe and ready to use. It must be up to eight characters for the system to accept it.

Keep your password simple so that you can always remember it. But if for any reason you forget your password, you can always send a reset password message by clicking at the Forget Password button at the bottom of the screen.
